We’re on a Bike!
In our eyes, Karen has always has been and will be an invincible superhero athlete because of her accomplishments of being a Triathlete, multi-marathon runner and long distance biker — all of which she’s done in the past 10 years after being diagnosed the first time and some of these achievements were in between chemo treatments!
Mike, you have shown amazing love and strength in your support of Karen. Standing by her and with her every day, and this weekend is no different!
No matter how invincible Karen seems to us and how amazing Mike is, this isn’t an easy ride and it’s bit different from the other endeavors.
Karen and Mike will be joining over 200 riders this weekend on the Young Survivors Coalition’s Tour de Pink. Tour de Pink is a fundraising event where participants will be riding over 200+ miles to honor survivors, raise awareness and support important programs for young women with breast cancer.
