CancerCare Rings the Opening Bell #BloodCancerAwareness

CancerCare (http://www.cancercare.org) rang the opening bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite September 3rd to support the start of Blood Cancer Awareness Month!

Did you know…

1. 82% of adults were surprised to learn more than one million US adults are living with a blood cancer.

2. 87% of adults were surprised to learn about every 4 minutes someone in the US is diagnosed with a blood cancer.

3. 50% of those diagnosed with a blood cancer will die without a bone marrow match.
